Just got done watching a (as I guessed, very cliche but idk why I still watched it) malaysian movie hahah
I mean ok on one hand it's really unfair to call something cliche and predictable because how else will the story build if it's not at the very least foreshadowey and loopholey
But I still get very annoyed at storylines which- ok mate youve been given such a high budget, the least you could do is tighten the storyline
And I now realise what Abg mok meant when he said my acting is sometimes "too real" that it doesnt work to my advantage- because I saw it in one of the characters when she was trying to break a news without revealing too much.
(lol it is extremely weird to talk about myself acting hahahah I mean I love it, it's one of my favourite things to do but I really dont do enough of it)
See now im making myself think hahaha
Oh the title relates to the movie cause I was thinking, sometimes people sacrifice for the ones we love without putting ourselves in their shoes and ultimately hurting both of us more than it helps them.
(according to utilitarians that sacrifice was probably immoral)
So yeah really sometimes what we deem as selflessness is not what we hope it is.

Most of which are of great importance.
