Cue Singapore production houses;
1) I just saw a post casting for CHILDREN- and their criteria, even BEFORE the age, was "Good looking". WHAT IN THE TOYOL what the heck ??????? How is it even REMOTELY okay to judge kids by the way they look in accordance to your BACKWARDS beauty standards???
2) Payment for caucasians/chinese/korean/japanese are almost always significantly more than others- this another utter bullshit. If everyone is feeding what the big boy hollywood would want, we will NEVER grow as an artistic society

I was so emotional so many times at the convocation today
I think cause I was literally among dream chasers
Most of them wouldnt have been crazy enough to get arts education in Singapore if they didnt believe in dreams coming true
