Excitement overruled

Hello!
I was truthfully excited for school today, but i woke up late.
When i checked my phone i realised that my alarm was set at 9.30am xD
Ahhh no way.
It's friday and 3/4 of my classmates had earlier on planned to miss school today.
But i wasnt planning to though fridays HEMS programme sucks .
It's not even eligible to be called a programmd it's a freaking free period with tests.
Hahahah i wonder the school's (people) mentality sometimes.
If they'd let us continue in our CCAs till like perhaps october, we'd learn tons of new things.
Even Mr liew said thst when he left his school and look back many years later, he doesn't remember his academic achievements or whatever, but he remembers the time he spent in his CCA.
Legit i'm not even out of school and im desperately trying to grasp whatever i learnt in choir.
Which is why we shouldnt take things for granted.
Even the slightest act of hearing the alarm and opening your eyes in the morning should be appreciated though it's hard xD


Okay for my prelims results, i totally flunked my combined humanities (which consist of social studies and history)
My maths side (which doesnt exist) (and will never exist) shows no mercy and allowed me to fail it again.
I dont know if i improved but im quite close to passing but very far from my target,
And O levels is in less than a month time.
I'll try my best. :)
Science..... Failed chemistry when i could've done better but it's fine since i did expect to fail it.
Thankfully my second enemy (besides math), physics, saved my a*s!
Passed overall with a not so decent grade but i passed hahahah usually physics would pull me down Dx
Malay was zxxcv someone miscounted my paper and kept counting repeatedly when i told him/her that he/she counted it wrong.

Hhaha did not so well for composition but did get my A1 so i needn't jump from big ben :D hahaha!
I did get A2 for english, for the first time my compre and summary did not get 12 or 12.5.
I swear every exams i keep getting 12 or 12.5 for both!
But i crawled out from the 12 zone and climbed up to the 17 18 zone :D
Yayy!
My compo was nonsense but got quite a mark.
Hahaha.
Yeah and happy bout my lit except for the fact that i think i should practise to get out of the 20 zone to the 22 zone, i just need to recall what it takes,
Mr issac shared with us on wednesday and showed us model essays ^^
Soo, currently disappointed with myself for not waking up for school xD
And i really want to study but when i start i realise it's so much and i'd stop.
I really lack willpower to shape motivations into fuel zzzzzzzzz
I think that's important, i dnt know how.
I will learn, someday.
In the meanwhile my motivation is my family, 3 of my teachers, and WWE.
Which obviously isnt strong enough for me to work :(

Happen to stumble upon someone's old tumblr blog, which is well, old- and dead.
But it's quite interesting to read his/her short posts.
It's like, imagine someone, who is known as a heartless sadist, with a blog that tells his/her story and like shows them in a different tone and mannerism.
That's like, whoa.
I've always fancied the thought that everyone has a past so i try not to judge them.
But guessing their story and actually knowing it leaves a different impact.
And now i don't think i can see the person in a different light.
Well yes i'll be seeing him/her tomorrow ^^
Hehehe hope school wont disappoint me, thought i'd have to report my attire (which was perfect the first attire check, i got picked out about a stupid laceless shoe reason, and the second time i dumbly decided to not wear socks) to the mathematical creature.
My brothers returned this weekend.
My first bro came back from jakarta, a korean pop show thing (he loathes them too)
And he showed me his crewniform, (crew uniform haha) which is pink and it depicts kpop.
Im starting to think that something aomewhere is so against me, they decided to put the things i hate together.
Once i was at this shop, they sold books.
The maths assesment books and the kpop magazines were placed on pink racks.
I know, are they even serious?

i was pretty much looking forward to it the whole weekend and i missed it.
woke up late and didnt feel like rushing so i went back to sleep.
i was told that i did get an A for english, so im happy ^^
it's been a long time okay.........

tomorrow i'd be going to school (duh, i'm out of points so i'm so redundant and mundane now)

Comfort Food

Hello! My right eye is acting up again :( can't even open it fully without feeling pain. I shall not wear my contacts this weekends. Now while typing i'm tearing up. Ouuuuu hahaha this is what made people think i am crying hahaha now im typing with my right eye closed. My eyes are tired after a whole day of facing my phone (even in low light) So i think that my grandma is so cool she can speak fluent hokkien and cantonese not to mention mandarin, malay and english Sometimes i think if she tries, she would learn german french spanish tamil and tagalog in a few months xD Communication is made easier as she has her own foodstall. Okay my titles are not linked to my posts because it actually has a hidden meaning hehehe ok nonsense. Currently reading back my lit scripts and i think that i dont really deserve the A. Maybe mr issac was drunk or sleeping when he was marking hahahaha but then again he won't do that would he? Sometimes It's Not Meant To Be

Hello! Got 3 of my results back. Currently waiting for the bus and oh V is here too lol :) so minus side, failed my chem for the first time. Didn't reap results for maths. Plus side, passed my physics ^^ And a half hearted plus side i retained my A For lit. Why half hearted? I remember feeling that "Crap, this im gonna fail. No elaboration, not enough points, never finish paper" But thank you lo mr issac hahahah :D Happy bout that though. And some mathematical person is born annoying ahhahha k kidding no not mr chai xD Anyway my classmates are so weird but so sweet. We deserved the top for english and lit hahahahha weee My contacts started to act up during maths and people thought i was crying ahhh dont deserve their sympathy x( Sheena was so nice hehe thanks lovely girl xo Edwin also ^^ They (some of my classmates) thought that i missed pe cause of mr chai hahaha He said something he had always been saying to me "you might be 'good' in languages but without maths in this society,you die (followed by an array of you dies)" And my ever sweet classmates "adviced" me to not bother and not listen! I feel bad hahah it wasnt the reason really i mean what he said was kinda true and it included a 'praising' xD Hey im an optimist realist :D Hahaha math math the time spent on you were wasted but not so since i improved.... And nelly got top for math with an 85 congrats guuuuurl! :D *proud haha Hm i wanna get my malay and english paper back. Mr.issac said that HE THINKS i got A2 for english and i shivered (not really) but was anticipating as it's been a really,really drought period in getting As for english. Im expecting an A1 for higher malay and if i dont get it, i'll jump off big ben hahahahah ok kidding xD I've never been happy with my hml results this year. Bs, and worst still, a big fat giant humongous disgusting B4. It's ok i felt good abt my prelim paper so let's hope it reflects off my results. Okay dizzy dizzy see yu later! It's 19th September

Hello! It's 19th,it means ond month of hari raya is over :( No more collection and meeting people and dressing up and taking photos :( If god wills, we'll meet again next year okay Ramadhan and Aidilfitri? :D Until then i'd enjoy hari raya haji! Not sure of the date for this year but on that day yes we get to dress up yes we meet people and yes we can."camwhore" but not too much on the collection part :P It's more of sacrificing (a goat) It's really not animal abuse but it's religious and we follow what our religion does right? I heard that the goat you sacrifice would be your transport to heaven while crossing a bridge that is as slim as a strand of hair and sharp as knife. It's just what i heard so don't get compulsive obsessive (teet teet wrong vocab usage) School was cancelled pft if i had known i'd have made plans :( Mofo hahaa Gonna meet mama at IMM or J cube or jurong point (so convinient living at a place surrounded by shopping malls) Heheh am late so i shall get ready now! Hi ;) finally prelims ended! Omg thinking bout how i might be facing the last academic exam of my life makes ne feel so....... Old. Okay hahaha hmm pft Ate KFC breakfast with ely nab and deeporc. Saw theresathy heheheheh Wanted to jam, but since we couldnt find any songs we just lepaked at ely's place and decided to go karaoke. Took 178 from marsiling and reached home lalalala. Fun time with those greenies heheheh. Hmmmmmm, i was looking forward to a holiday/a day of rest tomorrow but then.balqis texted saying that we must go to.school at 2pm to check our higher malay scripts *sigh infinity hahaha jk i dont do sighs. Yesterday libraried with nive and rai. Studied a bit of math when i reached home. Was dizzy and couldnt walk straight why because i went up the stairs with the groceries to the eight floor uhuh it was fun seeing people's reactions. I guess jurongians dont see that often do they zzzz Ahh dreading school tomorrow but two things 1) It's my results! ever wondered why you laugh until you cry, or cry even when you're not sad?
that's because crying is not a sign of sadness nor weakness.
it is instead a sign of deep emotion.

It's 1.49am here in Singapore.
Heheheh what.
Just finished cleaning up after ika's birthday celebrating cum hari raya open house.
Fun day, mostly cause iqim and aqil was here.
They're so smart, cute and funny like chiqa!
Heheheh (ok what's with my heheheh-ings)

On friday went jalan raya with primary school friends (y)
It was my first time with them, imagine how nervous and awkward i felt.
Especially when fatin said she wasn't going, and myra whom i spent my primary school days withtoo wasn't joining.
But thankfully aruni was there, with hana they're so fun i can't believe i didn't mix with them four years ago.
Met up with aruni and hana at megat's block, and we saw danial on the way up.
It must've been weird to see me people were like "Are you rahwani" lol but i understand i never joined then before.
There, one by one people came and some we met at aidil's place.
Amirin, zamani, hakim, hilmi, afiyan, syed, deena, iffah, syah, ammirul syafiq, qamarina, erda, danny, ismail, Aidil and syakir, alfian and hazwan tagged along too, with mas and alfian's brother.
His cat is cute but too shyyyy.
Second house was danial's.
His garfield is way cute.
And it's fast like a race car so beware haha xD
OH I FORGOT TO MENTION!
Finally got to meet qamarinaaaaaa! :D
I cant believe i met her i still cant *insert crying smiley face*

We caught up a lot and talked about raiyan hheeheh
I swear i was happy,
Third house was aidil's, followed by iffah's, where me and qama observed two TVs with 19 seconds time lapse.
Then we went to amirin's.
Took 912 and 913 to Aruni's place 
After that we went to Syafiq's place, followed by syah's where we had marshmallows and fruits with melted chocolate *insert crazy face*
Then off to cikgu hariani's (who i never really knew but everyone seemed to be close to her) and finally deena's.
Ok and someone thought there was a cat under the table when it was actually a songkok hahaha geniuuuuuuus.
Deena's family is all about making us all grow properly *insert laughing crying face*

Ok i'm ridiculous.
Syed was a company eh so baik but so pervert like what.
And it's somehow weirdly comforting to hear them call me mysterio hahaha ok i feel honoured tsk.
Walked home (technically to marsiling mrt) with the ones left.
Mostly walked with syed megat and danial.
Their conversation, i think R21 kalah i swear.
It's funny but nonsense overload.
I can't believe i hadn't met them for four years.
That's too long, i missed out too much.
But one thing i didn't expect was danial la hahah.

Danial became our photographer mostly, but after more people took hold of the camera and i dont know what thing they snap x(
Seperated at mars mrt, i took cab because someone forgot to fetch hahhahaha pft.
Overall i had tons of fun, though there were some awkward moments.

I'm so happy for Singapore zoo's recent inhabitant, the Pandas!

 

After a six-month-long nationwide contest, the names of Singapore’s two cuddliest and soon-to-be “permanent residents” have been selected from nearly 1,000 entries submitted by the public last year.

A judging panel picked Kai Kai (凯凯) and Jia Jia (嘉嘉) as the new names for the two Giant Panda cubs as they bear special significance of the close relationship between Singapore and China. The names Kai Kai (凯凯) and Jia Jia (嘉嘉) won by a clear majority of the judges’ votes.

“Kai Kai”, the name for the male giant panda, was chosen as it means victorious in Chinese (as in 凯旋, 凯歌). For the female giant panda, Jia Jia means beautiful and fine.

On another level, the Chinese character Jia (嘉) was used in the old Chinese reference for Singapore (星嘉坡) and the phonetic pronunciation of Jia is equivalent to the Mandarin pronunciation of the Chinese character 加, which is not only an integral part of Singapore’s current Chinese name (新加坡), but also means “to add” – representing the wish to expand the giant panda family in Singapore through a successful breeding programme at WRS.

“We can refer to our giant pandas by name, and that is an exciting development for us, especially since these names were submitted by Singaporeans. These are meaningful and beautiful names, chosen to reflect the symbolic ties we have with China, and the future these pandas will have in Singapore. So seeing him meeting new people who can be called friends later, and camping away from home for weeks made me more excited to join National Service.

Me and fatin has been talking about it quite a long time ago, but now the 'dream' lives on.

The only part i'd personally hate is running.

hahaha i do hate running long distances.

but NS is so cool and fun.

The commander was making an opening speech and he said this,

"Things may be hard and it'll be really tiring, but you will forge friendships that you'll keep for the rest of your lives."

Lack of love

Hello.
Not quite a fulfilling day.
Some people are being such a biatch.
I'm so annoyed but then again if everyone gets annoyed over the same things life wouldn't be peaceful.
So as much as i'm unwilling i gotta give in.
It's kinda tiring though, but i'd do anything to keep peace and love.
Kinda lacking in life this generation.
Hopefully everyone else understands the art of giving in.
Whatever la.
Jammed yesterday with ely, dee, theresa and ain (ely's cousin)
Then went to dinner at swensens with dee and theresa.
It was my first time since i can remember.
XD
Enjoyable experience, told ghost stories and whatever else we could talk about.
Ate the giant hotdog *woowoowoo*
And impromtuly slept over at dee's place.
Went to theresa's to take books then off to dee's place.
As soon as we went in her brother meowed xD
She said he wanted to be a cat when he grows up, like chiqa wants to be an elephant!
The aircon was *woowoowoo*
Stayed up till 3 plus i think
We read horoscopes and talked about artistes movies and music.
The next day (which was just now) physics remedial.
Mr chai and his weird sentences hhahhaha.
"why is mooncake celebrated?"
"because it's the moon's birthday"
Hahaha bleah.
Went home with priya and nivetha.
Priya says she hates her height.
Me and nelly was arguing with her trying to convince her she's got supermodel height and she should be happy with it (but she still dislikes it bleah)
Trying to spam my insta with zefron but it won't allow me to, mofo (if i hadn't mentioned before mofo means alien, i swear it means alien)

Anyway dems got a new tattoo.

reached home around 1 and fell asleep by accident (yes, accident)
Woke up and felt horrible for wasting five hours sleeping.

Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves that after all these pursuing of education, work, wealth, to survive and lead an ideal life, we are afterall humans,
Humans were made to live, not just survive.
I believe living is not just being comfortable, able in different areas like finance, physically and mentally, but is to break barriers, to make a change,because everyone is here for a purpose. Maybe change the world, or a person's world.

Work for it, results won't come (as much) if you don't work (i learnt my lesson, somehow)
don't ever give up just because you have missed out on 'too much' cause i believe you can still do it if you try!
Can't believe i'm graduating soon (that is, if/when i pass my maths,which i've been trying to work on but...) the school had brought about so much memories.
But that's okay, we can find comfort in the past via our teachers, (which would soon be our ex teachers, boooooooooo) friends and juniors.

Yesterday after school (just self study with classmates) went to causeway with julaiha (@smexy_supergirl) to relax, float around.
Saw Nokia Lumia and i liked it!
It's so nice, so....alive.
And then she went off and i went to theresa's place (@lipstoroses) to wait for her to get ready, and we went to starbucks.
She's so nice (i hate to praise her HAHA jk) it was her treat, thank you!
And she claimed to be the "World's tallest dwarf" because she researched that dwarf's maximum height is 147cm.
I laughed the whole day thinking about that because she was so proud of it xD
Then kfced and went to the toilet a million times.
Lepaked at mac and set home at about ten thirty.

I'm actually late i should be going out now, meeting her at woodlands interchange and off to ellysa's house to jam again with dee!

so yesterday was fuuuun but super tiring.
oh, Happy teachers day to all teachers!
special mention to Ms Rekha, Mdm Cahaya, Cikgu Suria, Cikgu siti, Mr seah, Ms (or is it mdm, mrs?) Ang, Ms Chong, Ms Chan, Ms seah, Ms evangeline tan, Mr liew, Mr chai, Mr issac, Mr Sng.
they treat students like their children or siblings, and they're really fun and interactive (except ms ang maybe she's quite quiet and teacherish)
they're also really inspiring!
especially ms rekha, mr liew, ms chan and mr seah!
i think i learnt the most lessons from Mr Liew, or as we choristers call him, Papa liew.
he's really scary but whatever he says, crap or not, has a lesson behind them.
he motivates us to do our best, be like an eagle, not a duck, stand up for yourself, be confident, take responsibility, work with people and work well, and all other lessons which we can/are supposed to use in life and choir wise. i remember all the torturing moments, 60 sit ups everyday, tough long hours training, scoldings, but he never fails to make our days again. At the end of the day we gain a lot from every single lesson. plus, he's really funny (you gotta be in choir to experience the rib breaking laughs) and weird at times, but i'm so blessed and happy to ever get him as an educator.
choir wouldn't be what it is now without him.
and the other teachers i mentioned, well they touch my life in different ways, directly or indirectly.
i would like to thank all of them and pray that they achieve their personal goals in life xo

let's talk about yesterday!
after teachers day celebration (which consists of almost two hours of free time and a short concert), (the performances were awesome, especially idc!) went to causeway with eatgo and ju to buy shoes.
i ended up buying two after they "cheated" me boooooooooooooo.
but i love the leopard print pumps!
wooooooo awesome.
then went to eatgo's to siap, and we were late.
met nelly and went to interchange, where everyone else was.
First house was Ju's.
then we headed off to Eliza's, where we watched a man sing like a horse (?!) followed by Indra's where they watched a bit of fast five.
then we walked all th way to Nelly's place, and then to Hadianto's.
then we split, the girls and indra went to haryati's place and the rest went to Amir's.
we then went to fatin's and ate pizza and played soccer xD
after that ju went home and nelly, haryati, julia, indra and me went to pioneer to syafiq's place.
met harith at the interchange lol.
it was fun there seeing the boys play soccer (again.......)
they were so noisy hahaha very entertaining.
altogether there were 21 people, (Edwin, QW, Richard, Oliver, Haryati, Nelly, Indra, Syahmi, Faris A, Faris B, Eric, Julia, Syafiq, Fatin, Hadi, Anuwarul, Ebnue, Julaiha, Ameer, The chinese boy-i dont know his name, and me.)
i'm a very people's person so i remembered HAHA kidding!
when i reached mac where i met my mum i was super drained xD
today open house and karaokeing.
maybe i'm not going to open house, hahha lazeeeeee la x.x
perhaps i could study a bit of physics or history today.
i need to study humans like hellllll i missed out a bit more than everything T.T
