Hello!
Just felt like blogging before I sleep.
(im lying sorry I just need to waste 10 mins waiting for this face mask to dry up)
Had a great weekend actually, it was so peaceful.
Yesterday I had the house all to myself till 3am when along came home hahaha.
I movie marathoned Harry potter (stopped at goblet of fire) and finally got to watch the new Astro ceria telemovie.
Not too impressive but enjoyed it nonetheless, Nabil was hillarious.

Spent half of today derping around, cooked for mama and along and then did some wardrobe cleaning.
Then mama felt like walking around town to see the christmas lights so we left the house after maghrib.
Enjoyed immersing ourselves into the (quite) festive atmosphere and adoring (packaged with endless touristy poses) with the trees, lights, fairies and unicorns.
Sidetracking for awhile, Chiqa just called me a doughnut after I told her I cant talk to her cause of the mask.
Ok baby ok.
We walked from Orchard mrt to Plaza Sing for our dinner.
Tried the new pizza from pizza hut oMG the cheese is boss.
So perfectly baked grilled whatever they did to the cheese sooo savoury.
Anyway, finally got around to buying my 'healthy food' ingredients (just experimenting) and hair oil after months of forgetting.
(Done with serum for the time being)

My plans to have a solo outing foiled, (no) thanks to the rain.

I mean I can totally go out and play in the rain but there's lightening I wouldn't risk my life.

Jk I just found something to do indoors that doesn't include youtube or instagram.

Or facebook.

I had a pretty nice week, colleagues are great as usual, but I have been getting less sleep.

MLM yesterday and from the previous years, the Retro theme has never failed to bore humans and stress contestants.

So I REALLY wonder who's the mastermind to come up with such a GREAT theme.

A challenge is a challenge but if tried, tested and never worked, why bother?

Dudes gotta chill the heck down and think HARDER and with more creativity.

Nabil was impressive though, so was Zero.

Sepahtu was so weird hahaha but I liked it a lot.

Comey, Bocey and SYJ were not bad at all, but perhaps the delivery wasn't too clear.

Still made me crack up!

Virus apparently didn't live up to "people's expectations" but then again, since when was comedy about expectations?

Being unexpected is what makes comedy amaizing.

I got so many plans, hopefully the weather cooperates with me.

But it's okeh (jozan style), we'll make the best of what we get.

 

Went cycling with yol last saturday and it was so fun and tiring cause we ended up buying mofoish clothes and city plaza and then travelled to jurong for more walking and dinner (treat by her aunt I think omg thanks)

Alright, my fingers hurt somehow.

Hello!
Woke up late today ahaha my phone kinda died and then I got stuck in the middle of NUS (luckily a taxi uncle was dropping a human off so I got a ride hey)
And then I took the wrong bus home and I got locked out of my house for half hour or so.
But honestly, today wasn't a bad day at all!
I got great colleagues who baked lemon cupcakes (tastes grand, lina) and a great papa who sent lunch to me.
And a great mama for preparing dinner.
But I attribute my lack-of-annoyment (WARNING: WORD DOES NOT EXIST IN THE REAL WORLD) to the starting of MLM.

Omg did I tell you this?
My phone got thrown down the rubbish chute.
No thanks to WANA luckily she was the birthday girl so she didn't end up bald right there and then.
After dinner she was in charge of clearing the food so at first I was annoyed that she threw away my (more than) half filled red bull.
Then a few minutes later I realised my phone was.....
"WANA DID YOU CHECK THE NEWSPAPER BEFORE YOU WRAPPED AND THREW IT?"
"No, I told you the redbull can was empty"
"It is SO not. Anyway, where's my phone?"
"How should I know?!"
"I put it on the.... OH MY DIOR DID YOU THROW AWAY MY PHONE? YOU.. YOU.. LOSER!!"
As eloquent as I think myself to be, swearing just doesn't come.
But insults do though, original ones.
You look like a lemon who just ate a lemon.
Oh look I just made that up.
Hahah ok anyways my reaction was that I just sat infront of the TV (sepahtu was on tv)
I was not angry cause firstly, obviously it wasn't on purpose
Secondly, I was gonna change to a new phone anyways.
Thirdly, what's done is done.
But then seeing Jep on TV makes me realise I still have our selfie in the phone.
(im just kidding this isnt the reason i went to find my phone afterall)
So me and wana went down to the rubbish chute and luckily, right on top of the pile, safely wrapped in newspaper and tied in a plastic bag, my phone.
I love it more now somehow.
That was an interesting experience.
Even better, I didn't have to do the dirty work.
The loser did it.

Anyway I have school tomorrow, can you believe it?
Had to take leave from work.
Heard Feera is unwell.
Oh babe, without you i'd be so bored.
Thank god for Isreen.
Talking about Feera, ughhh Taufik.
I have no idea why i've been listening to his music all morning.
I think being a MLM judge makes him 300% more... Noticeable.
I've always been a fan of his voice and some of his songs are nice but i've never been a... (what do they call it...) fan.
Too much fangirls, lazy to compete.
Hahahaha just kidding.
But just imagine though, if I had been a Taufik fangirl since SG idol.
I would go to MLM and cry cause we are not chameleons and our eyes cannot look at two different directions at once.

The heat is back on

Just done watching the first week of Maharaja lawak MEGAAA (dato AC style)

They were impressive, like all of them!

The two least funny one got eliminated but kudos for trying!

I love love the judges, (maybe i'm biased cause I love fazura but who cares)

Wasn't so sure about taufik but his comments were quite constructive and to-the-point which I really like.

Overall they didn't disappoint one bit.

Had a major laughing workout tonight, thanks superheroes!

And can I just mention how jozan is technically sponsoring MLM.

Like kitkat and Johara hahaha amaizing.

And don't get me started on these two.

Missed seeing them on stage and guys Jep mentioned Hulk hogan ahahahais :')

Alright, my day at work was literally fulfilling.

Hello!
Despite a (very) weird dream last night, I had a pretty good day today!
Tiring, but still okay.
I dreamt about a schoolmate I never talked to before and the person gave me a pen (???)
I know right, weird.
Hahaha okay maybe I somehow borrowed their pen and forgot to return (even though i've never spoken to that person)

So today was my first day at work!
The bus ride in the morning was so peaceful and since it drives past esplanade and town it's a real nice ride.
And it isn't crowded which is nice.
Met my dad at seah im and then took the bus where the driver took a wrong turn cause she thought she was driving another number hahaha.
Got introduced to Aunty khairina who then introduced me to everyone else.
They're pretty nice people! (even the boss)
Makes me feel so welcome and like hakuna matata hahahah (what is this inappopriate use of life motto)
Learnt that my job is to edit and wow does it hurt my eyes but hey it's not bad I actually enjoy it.
Like I was watching SWAC while doing my work hahaha.
Lunchtime came and the canteen was quite far away but it let me explore the place.
The staffrooms were literally rooms like individual rooms for each humans.
Uni students looks so big.
To think they're technically a year older than me is so trippy and weird.
And get this, NUS canteen food is cheaper (and nicer) than my school's.
So worked till 6 and went home~
Didnt really enjoy the travel back home though, it was peak hour so road was jammed (especially around ngee ann poly)

That sums up my day!
It was a blessing cause firstly, all the buses were so prompt I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for all the buses I took today (except that bus which made the wrong turn)
And I met real friendly colleagues who are just so warm and welcoming (though they kept getting my name wrong for the first few hours)
One of them even gave me a pair of flats that she bought but never wore cause she couldn't fit (welcome present anyone?)
Aunty Khairina who was there every step of the way and treated me to lunch.
I hope to pass on their kindness, and I hope anyone reading this will do too!

Most Annoying Things On The Radio

Tonight I have two things to talk about.
Cehhh what is this introduction for hahahah.
Ok whatevs let's jump into it.

Firstly I was looking through (actually no I just saw it in my bag) the maths paper like two minutes ago.
I know, why hadn't I disposed of it?
Probably cause I haven't found a creative yet environmentally friendly way of disposing it.
Anyways yes I saw it and I realised that it is the first ever exam paper I didn't doodle/write nonsense in.
Save the applause.
It's weirdly proudenning (WARNING: Word does not exist in the real world)
Ok next!

Now this one deserves a title.
Most annoying things on the radio.
Technically on Warna cause it's the station my house plays.
(do you guys have that like just a radio switched on though noone actually listens)
Ok so three things annoys me most.
If you guys listen to Warna too then please tell me you find these annoying too.
If not then.... Whatevs.

1) "Cuti-Cuti Oren"
Like OH MY GOSH it is THE single most annoying weird pointless triset of words EVER existed! And the worst part? It's NEVER heard as a one time affair. It is always, ALWAYS repeated. Ugh why.

2) Ekspresso warna morning song
Ok I get it that Sufie has a nice voice, but this song has got to go. Doesn't help that he sounds so agressive, so it's like having someone forcing you to listen to the radio early in the morning. Nope, doesn't cheer my morning up.

3) Repetitive song
I am very sure most radio station are like this but I needed a third point hahaha. Ok so like at 2pm i'll be sitting eating on the dinner table and a song comes on so okay, cool I sing along. And then I go wash my plates, sit down for awhile and play my phone and then I find myself singing the same song again. (this might be a bit exaggerated but hey it happens) I'm just sitting there like "I thought the world has more songs than these" but nope they choose to play the same songs again and again. No thanks to you!

Okay so I just chopped off my fringe.
Regret will come later probably but for now i'm enjoying it fullheartedly.

ps watched demi's world tour videos and then watched camp rock, makes me so emotional seeing how far she has come

Lost Focus

Shagged for no reason.

I CANT FOCUS ON MY WORK!
It's like i'll be facing my papers and then the flexi plan jingle comes on the radio and boom it's in my head for the next 3 hours.
Sooo annoying but ok lah who am I kidding it is catchy.
And doesn't help that I know the dance moves....
(spent like 15 minutes outside courts watching a repeated video of the advertisement)

Watched lilidong's OP earlier today haha.

I wanted to blog yesterday but stopped halfway and realised the draft is gone.

Last day of school yesterday and it was so slack.
Almost too slacked.
Whole day was free and easy.
Started the day with OP and spent the rest of the day watching DW's group and then lepaking.
OP was fun like I always imagined it to be.
PW was fun.
Don't get why the teachers try to stress us up since day 1 when it's actually an enjoyable experience.
I'm gonna miss rehearsals hahaha.
And I wonder if I can still memorize my script next year?

Happy Thursday of the year!
First two weeks of november is gonna be so hectic.
I got to go to school to watch my homies, and yet the job starts on monday.
This is an ultimate dilemma that i'm facing.
Like I promised to help out on the job but I didn't know when it was gonna start (they could only confirm nearing the date)
And I obviously want to go to my classmates' presentation.
Oh god please show me the way.
Thursday is the math paper.
And all this during the holidays.

Spent the whole night last night tilll midnight watching jozan videos on the ps3 cause seeing Jozan on my TV makes me high.
(not the illegal way)
Maharaja Lawak Mega 2014 has started with the hotseat!
Man is in sia hahahah I watched the videos and hey, they're not bad at all!
Ofcourse, like thousands out there I can't wait for the veterans.
But still, the newbies deserve a chance!

I missed spooktacular once again but it's okay, not much of a loss I guess.
I mean I spent 10 months this year in a place filled with zombies and corpses.
